Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
• Complete required documentation in a timely and accurate manner, including documentation through facility-specific systems as part of the credentialing and onboarding process
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with clinical standards
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (Compact License accepted for WA and AK)
• Current and valid PT credentials meeting facility and contract requirements
• Willingness to complete facility-specific credentialing documentation prior to assignment start
• Candidates must not have worked at this facility as permanent or PRN staff within the past year; prior travel history at this facility may require additional eligibility review

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Familiarity with outpatient documentation and electronic medical record systems
• Experience as a travel or contract therapist
