Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy; valid State of Oklahoma Licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy; BLS certification; 0 to 6 months of related experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: N/A.
• Additional Information: Provides instruction to patients and/or family members, adheres to care path guidelines for documentation, assists with training of new therapists and support staff, and collaborates with internal and external healthcare teams. Demonstrates effective communication, reasoning, and adaptability to changing conditions.
