Certifications/Education: Active license required.
Years of Experience: 3 years minimum required.
Specialty: Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP).
Shift/Hours: Day shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

End Date: 12/19/2026.
Schedule: Days.
Required Qualifications: Active license, 3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience, and a minimum of 0 years experience in the specialty.
Additional Information: The therapist will need to complete documentation outside of the staffing agencys clearance packet before starting. Credentialing requirements include experience in setting and active equipment will be provided during the interview.
