Job Summary:
Inpatient Physical Therapist (PT IP) for a healthcare facility in a clinical setting. This position involves evaluating, planning, and supervising physical therapy treatments tailored to patients' individual needs. The role requires demonstrating clinical competence and knowledge to provide age-appropriate care and effectively collaborate with the healthcare team.

Job Details:

• Position Description: Responsible for evaluating patients' functional abilities and limitations, establishing treatment plans and goals, and implementing individualized therapy interventions. Ensures documentation aligns with professional practices and regulatory standards. Communicates patient progress and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Required Qualifications: Must have graduated from an accredited school of Physical Therapy, possess a current Physical Therapy license within the state of practice, and hold BLS certification. Relates throughout the interview process their clinical competency, experience, training and education they have received that is required to perform the job.
• Schedule: Days shifts, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Demonstrates appropriate supervision and delegation of personnel, participates in departmental process improvements, and maintains compliance with established policies and standards.
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional related education and/or experience are preferred.
