Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Maine PT license
• Experience with adult and school-aged patient populations, including post-orthopedic, post-spinal surgery, geriatric, work injury, and neurological imbalance cases
• Experience with manual therapy, exercise science, patient education, and adaptive equipment instruction

Assignment Details

• Assignment length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts
• Shift hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Shift days: Monday through Thursday
• Weekend requirement: None
• On-call requirement: None
• Floating: No floating required
• Holiday expectation: Facility is closed on major holidays and may require coverage for 50% of minor holidays
