Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Marinette, Wisconsin.

Opportunity:
Physical Therapist - Physical Therapy
Job Details:
• Outpatient rehabilitation setting focused on sports health and mobility
• Treat a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents (approximately 5% of cases) to geriatrics
• Patient cases include general orthopedics, low back pain, hip and knee pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, falls, work-based injuries, and general neurology
• Daily caseload of approximately 10 patients per 8-hour shift
• Flexible scheduling available: 5 x 8-hour shifts or 4 x 10-hour shifts per week
• If working 8-hour shifts, must be available to stay until 5:30 PM a few days per week
• No weekend rotation required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Holiday expectations: 50% of holidays during contract or every other holiday; clinic is closed on holidays but open evenings and the day after holidays
• Up to 7 days of time off can be approved
• Business casual attire required
• Free parking available
• Required certifications: BLS, Wisconsin state license, Bachelor's degree or above
• Required skills: manual therapy, exercise, mechanical traction, lite gait, patient education, and pain neuroscience (PNS)
• Preferred skills: vestibular training, dry needling, and blood flow restriction therapy
• Equipment used includes hand weights, TheraBand, resistance machines, aerobic equipment, bikes, steps, and treadmills
• Charting system: EPIC preferred
• If holding a Michigan license, may float to a Michigan outpatient PT location approximately 30 minutes away with advance notice
• Support team includes other PTs, 2-3 PTAs, on-site manager/supervisor, schedulers, and a multidisciplinary team with OT and SLP
• Orientation period of 1-3 days based on comfort level
• Will accept travelers with 1 year of experience and first-time travelers

This outpatient rehabilitation facility is located 1.5 miles from a 55-bed community hospital situated approximately one hour north of Green Bay. The facility specializes in sports health and mobility services and supports a multidisciplinary care team including physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. The center is equipped with modern rehabilitation equipment and offers a collaborative, well-supported work environment.
