Location: New Port Richey, FL
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: August 3, 2026
⏱️ Hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• Day shifts
• Full-time hours
Pay:
• Local Rate: $58/hr
• Travel Package: $2,560/week
Meals: $410/week
Housing: $950/week
Role Overview:
• Provide home health physical therapy evaluations and treatments
• Manage a caseload of up to 6 patients per day
• Travel throughout an assigned coverage area
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Complete documentation using HCHB and OASIS

✅ Requirements: • Active Florida Physical Therapist license • Full year of Home Health experience required • Experience with HCHB and OASIS documentation preferred • Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills • Ability to work independently in the field Coverage Area: • New Port Richey / Pasco County region
