**Hours:** 40 hrs/week guaranteed

### Requirements
* Active **Washington PT license** required
* **Compact license accepted** for eligible WA/AK candidates
* 3 years Physical Therapist - Outpatient/clinical setting experience
* PT must meet all required credentialing and quality-assurance requirements
* Equipment provided; details reviewed during interview
### Additional Details
* **No call**
* No holiday coverage required
* OT after **40 hrs/week at 1.5×**
* **W-2 only | No 1099**
* No mileage reimbursement
* Parking information provided on first day
* Dress code information provided on first day
