Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) located in State College, Pennsylvania. This position involves providing home health therapy services to adult patients within a community-based setting. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days 8-hour shifts, with consideration for 4-day 10-hour shifts. No call required.
• Required Qualifications: Active Pennsylvania license, BLS certification, at least 1 year of experience in home health care.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior home health experience preferred.
• Additional Information: Therapy will be scheduled for full-time hours; shift hours are not guaranteed. Flu vaccination is not required; COVID vaccination will be accepted with medical or religious exemption.
• Travel Required: No
• Experience: 0 years minimum required, but candidate must have at least 1 year of home health experience.
