Job Requirements:

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy
• Gait, balance, and functional mobility training
• Orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative rehabilitation
• Patient and caregiver education
• EMR documentation (Epic experience preferred)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Musculoskeletal assessment
• Manual therapy techniques
• Neuromuscular re-education
• Pain management
• Fall prevention
• Assistive device training (walker, cane, crutches)
• Discharge planning and home exercise programs
• Knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, and rehabilitation standards
