Job Details:
• Monday through Friday day shifts with no weekends or holidays
• Scheduled for 6 to 7 patient visits per day
• Coverage area includes Montgomery County and lower Frederick County
• HCHB (Pointcare) charting system experience required
• OASIS paperwork experience required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Patients served include adults and geriatrics
• Skill areas include cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, home health, neurology, oncology, and orthopedics
• Interdisciplinary support includes interpretation services and social services
• Required certification: BLS
• Maryland or Compact license must be active and in hand at submission
• Two supervisor references required

This home health organization serves a large patient population across Montgomery County and lower Frederick County, with a payroll census of over 700 patients. The organization provides comprehensive in-home care services supported by interdisciplinary teams including social services and interpretation services, ensuring high-quality care for adult and geriatric patients across a wide range of specialties.
