Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Stockton, California. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and guiding patients through their recovery process. Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable state license; no new graduate; minimum 0 years of experience.
  • Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment goals aligned with discharge targets, and ensures documentation compliance. Participates in student training and professional development activities. Adheres to state practice acts and maintains licensure in good standing. Follows performance improvement initiatives and organizational safety policies.
