**Exciting Opportunity for Physical Therapists!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team providing top-notch physical therapy services to individuals and their families. - Engage in a collaborative environment with other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Evaluate patients across all age groups to identify their rehabilitation needs. - Execute tailored therapeutic treatment plans catered to individual patient requirements. - Complete documentation in a timely manner as per departmental standards. - Lift a minimum of 50 lbs., push and pull a minimum of 100 lbs., and maintain standing for at least 6 hours daily. - Adapt care delivery to meet the diverse needs of patients (e.g., age, culture, language). - Communicate effectively with patients, parents, and caregivers at their level of understanding. - Adhere to the Medical Center's Organizational Competencies and standards. **Required Skills & Experience:** - 2+ years of experience for job code 3602 or 0-2 years experience for job code 3600. **Preferred Skills & Experience:** - Comprehensive musculoskeletal assessment - Therapeutic exercise prescription - Manual therapy techniques - Gait and balance training - Neuromuscular re-education - Functional mobility training - Pain management interventions - Orthopedic rehabilitation - Neurological rehabilitation - Post-operative rehabilitation - Fall risk assessment and prevention - Assistive device assessment and training (walker, cane, crutches) - Range of motion and strength testing - Patient transfer and mobility training - Development of individualized treatment plans - Outcome measure administration and interpretation - Electronic Medical Record (EMR) documentation (e.g., Epic) - Patient and caregiver education - Discharge planning and home exercise program development - Infection prevention and safety compliance - Knowledge of evidence-based rehabilitation practices - Compliance with Joint Commission and CMS standards - Interdisciplinary care coordination - CPR/BLS certification **Education:** - Graduation from an accredited physical therapy school is required. **Licensure:** - Must hold a New Jersey Physical Therapy License and possess a DPT certification. **Schedule:** - Day Shift, 40 hours per week - No weekend or holiday requirements - No on-call or float requirements **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
