Job Summary (List Format):
- Position: Outpatient Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT)
- Location: Acute Care Hospital
- Contract Length: Up to 26 weeks
- Shift Options: Any 8-hour shift between 0730 and 1800
- Scheduled Hours: 5x8, Monday–Friday, 9:30 am–6:00 pm
- Pediatric Experience: Required (non-negotiable)
- Independence: Will be working independently
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
- First-Time Travelers: Accepted
- On-Call: Not required
- Floating: Not required
- Certifications: BLS and California PT License required
- Pending State License: Not accepted
- Scheduling: Block schedule not available; schedule is Monday–Friday
- Locals Accepted: Yes, within a 50-mile radius (different rate applies)
- Start Date: ASAP
- RTO (Requested Time Off): Must be included at submission; approval based on facility needs
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
