Greenstaff Medical US-Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Danbury, Connecticut.
Job Description
Outpatient physical therapy
Approximately 10 patients/day
Performs therapy evaluations, treatment planning and implementation utilizing department clinical guidelines & protocols. Participates in team conference /rounds for purposes of coordination of patient’s plan of care.
Provides patient/ family education and training.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 1+ years of Outpatient Physical Therapy experience.
Active Connecticut Physical Therapy License required.
BLS Certification required.
