Contract | 8-Week Assignment | Days | Onsite | Expected 36 hours/week | Shift: Monday–Friday 7:00a–4:30p; Weekends 7:30a–4:00p | No call requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver inpatient rehabilitation therapy services to patients recovering from neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, and debility-related conditions
• Work with a diverse patient population including geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients (ages 13 and older)
• Utilize advanced therapy equipment including EKSO, InMotion UE Robotic systems, and body weight support systems
• Document patient care and progress accurately using UDS and Epic EHR platforms
• Maintain a patient ratio of approximately 7:1 while delivering high-quality, individualized care
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team with a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and professional responsibility

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensure in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a PTA
• Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required
• Ability to start on or before November 3, 2026
• Black scrubs required on first day; report to front lot at 7:30a

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, and debility diagnoses in a rehabilitation setting
• Familiarity with advanced rehabilitation technology and robotic therapy devices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated collaborative work ethic
