Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Guaranteed Hours

35 Hours Per Week

Pay Rate: $55.20 - $64.40 per hour

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Promote safe and effective rehabilitation outcomes

• Monday to Friday assignment
• Rehabilitation-focused setting
• Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapy license where applicable
• Government-issued photo identification is required during onboarding and must be worn while on assignment
