Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel contract in a rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide quality patient care.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Current BLS certification (if required).
• Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or outpatient experience preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills.
