Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel contract assignment. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life for patients.

This role offers an opportunity to work within a collaborative rehabilitation team while making a meaningful impact on patient recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation services.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Ensure compliance with all professional and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, outpatient, acute care, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation

Pay Rate:$51.00 $59.50 per hour
