We’re seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week, day-shift assignment. This position is ideal for a clinician with strong inpatient rehabilitation experience who is ready to bring exceptional patient care and teamwork to a new facility.

Assignment Details

• Specialty: Physical Therapist (PT)

• Schedule: Days, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

• EMR: Medhost preferred

Requirements

• Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current Texas PT license

• BLS certification – AHA or ARC

• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience

• Minimum 1 year of inpatient rehabilitation experience

• Medhost experience preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

• Permanent home address must be included

• Full SSN must be included for submission

• Traveler must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel assignment

• All required licenses and certifications must be current and verifiable
