Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 14-week assignment. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to patient needs and goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Promote patient safety and quality care throughout the rehabilitation process.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, post-acute care, or therapy experience preferred.
