Number of Staff: PT 11, PTA s 2, 2 prn Office Coordinators. 8 PT s are PRN.
Type of Staff:
o Day Shift: all staff work the day shift
o Night Shift:
Patient Ratios - 8-10 patients /8 hours worked requirement. Assigned 10-13
Type of Equipment: Walkers, Crutches, Braces, W/C s
Documentation System: Meditech
Call Requirements: Call by 7:00am ***
Typical Hiring Profile
Must have: (includes certifications and special skills, ex: ACLS, BLS, NIH)
