Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) Denver, CO. This position involves evaluating patients in an outpatient setting and developing individualized treatment plans aimed at helping patients restore function and return to community activities. The successful candidate will start on 08/24/2026, working days with a schedule of 8 hours per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, 6 months to 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience, CPR Certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: 6 months of outpatient experience is highly desired.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations; develops and adjusts treatment plans with clinical reasoning. Ensures accurate documentation, attends to patient safety, participates in student programs, and pursues ongoing professional development. Adheres to applicable state Practice Act and maintains licensure in good standing. Demonstrates organizational performance awareness and commitment to quality improvement initiatives.
