• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, CPR Certification, 12+ months outpatient clinical experience, active applicable state license, and 6 months of outpatient experience desired.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations, documents medical records accurately and timely, and ensures treatment complies with physician orders and insurance requirements.
