Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,295 to $1,495 per week in Anchorage, AK

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Acute care experience

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 4 days, 10 hour shifts
• Hours: 0700-1730
• Weekend rotation required, including Saturdays and Sundays
• Weekend requirements: 2-3 weekends per month
• EMR: EPIC
