BSPT Dracut- 1095 Lakeview Avenue, Dracut, MA, 01826 Flexible Start Date Flexible Length of Contract Duration - 13-weeks to 26-weeks Guarantee- 40 hours/week Productivity - 55-63 patients/week, treatments are typically scheduled 2 per hour and evals are 1 hour. Schedule - Open to 5x8, 4x9+4, 4x10s; must be open to 2 evenings/week (until 7:00pm) Cancel Notice - 30 days EMR - Raintree Notes - Must have at least 3 months of OP exp or 1 year of PT exp in other settings post clinicals. All new travelers must complete three HealthStream Modules pre-assignment. Agency will be reimbursed with a $180 lump sum upon proof of completion and at least 1 shift worked.
