Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,725 to $1,925 per week in Jacksonville, FL

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in an inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Sunday through Thursday
• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
