Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

Pay Rate: $1739.00 - $1792.00
This 13-week Physical Therapist assignment is based in Kahului on the island of Maui, a central hub that offers easy access to the island’s best beaches, scenic drives, hiking, and water activities. Kahului combines the conveniences of a larger town—shopping, dining, and services—with the relaxed pace and natural beauty Maui is known for.
You will join a professional, team-oriented clinical environment that emphasizes safe, effective, and patient-centered care. The setting supports PTs with organized workflows, collaborative relationships with other disciplines, and access to modern therapeutic equipment.
Assignment structure: Full-time schedule 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift (5x8s) Expected 40 hours per week No on-call coverage anticipated
Typical responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing and updating individualized plans of care, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and documenting efficiently in the EMR. You will coordinate closely with referring providers and the care team to support functional improvement, safe mobility, and return to prior level of function when possible.
Caseload and practice environment offer opportunities to refine clinical skills with a variety of musculoskeletal and functional conditions while maintaining a manageable patient load that supports thorough, high-quality care and strong patient relationships.
