General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) - BLS and Physical Therapist License OR Physical Therapist Temporary License through West Virginia Board of Physical Therapists OR Physical Therapist Compact License Other Certs Required for all PT: No Common diagnosis / Types of patients - Various Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient? SNU and possible acute care What areas are they required to cover? All floors of hospital Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: SNU and Possible acute care PT Manager/Supervisor: Jill Daniels ,Director. Sarah Boccoli, Lead. Rehab Aides: PTA's - PTA; 1 Rehab Aide Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling?
