Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Outpatient physical therapy experience required.

Assignment Details

• Schedule includes Monday and Wednesday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Schedule includes Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Schedule includes Friday 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
