Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Florida License
• BLS

• Shift Hours: 0900-1730
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Equipment Used: Walkers, Crutches, Braces, W/C's
• Procedures Performed: Evaluations, Treatment, Gait Training, Therapeutic Exercises, Therapeutic Activities
