Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,959 to $2,159 per week in Festus, MO

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri
• 1+ years of experience
• Flu vaccination is required. Declinations/Exceptions must be client approved.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5x8
• Weekend hours as needed by the facility
• Float as needed
• EMR: EPIC
