Travel PT-outpatient jobs in Louisville, KY with AMN Healthcare let you help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions through hands-on therapy and personalized treatment plans. You will evaluate patient needs, develop and implement functional care plans, and document progress according to clinic and payer requirements. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and an active Kentucky PT license. Outpatient clinic experience, clinical documentation skills, and the ability to supervise therapy assistants and students are recommended.
