Description:
Candidates must be local, residing within 50 miles from the facility.
The role includes working with diverse patient populations.
Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week.
Providers will see 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
Flexibility to float to other clinics may be required.
