This Physical Therapist position is based in Pearland, Texas, a thriving suburban community just minutes from Houston. A typical day includes performing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, and delivering one-on-one or small-group treatment sessions focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and optimizing performance. Caseloads commonly feature patients with orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, spine conditions, and sports-related issues, with opportunities to see specialized populations depending on clinic needs and your interests. You will be responsible for documenting care in an electronic medical record system, tracking functional outcomes, and collaborating with referring providers and other members of the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality treatment. Patient volume and scheduling are designed to balance productivity expectations with the time needed to deliver thorough, individualized care. Typical hours are standard weekday clinic hours, with potential for early morning or early evening appointments to accommodate patient schedules; weekend work may be limited or occasional depending on clinic operations.
