Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,032 to $2,232 per week in Baton Rouge, LA

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy
• Experience with prosthetic gait training

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Documentation: Paper documentation and point of service documentation
• Team structure: Paired consistently with an OT and assigned team techs
