Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,040 to $2,240 per week in Beverly, MA

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of Physical Therapist experience in other settings

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630
• Scheduled days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
• Open to 4x10s
• Must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:30pm
• EMR: Raintree
• Three HealthStream Modules must be completed pre-assignment
