Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,059 to $2,259 per week in Glenwood, CO

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Productivity of 85% or higher

Assignment Details

• Preferred schedule is Tuesday through Saturday
• Alternate schedule is Sunday through Thursday
• Monday through Friday schedule is not accepted
• Average patient volume is 9 to 10 patients per day
