Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current Colorado PT licensure or compact for Colorado
• At least two years of PT experience
• BLS through the American Heart Association

Assignment Details

• Working 4 10-hour days per week
• Days will vary
• Includes a Saturday schedule
