Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,184 to $2,384 per week in Jacksonville, TX

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Bachelor's degree required
• LPT License in state of TX (or compact) required
• BLS required (AHA only)

Assignment Details

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Normal outpatient patient population including ortho, balance, deconditioned, and pain
