Travel PT Home Health jobs in Greenville, NC offer 13-week contracts with 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, and 40 hours per week. You must have a North Carolina physical therapy license and home health experience. Your responsibilities include making 5-6 home visits per day, providing adult care, and documenting using Homecare Home Base. You will assess mobility, develop individualized care plans, and educate clients and families on rehabilitation and safety.
