A Physical Therapist job in home health care in Topeka, KS gives you the opportunity to help patients regain mobility and independence in their own homes. You will plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on medical referrals and your own assessments. Responsibilities include organizing and conducting physical therapy treatment programs, monitoring progress, and educating patients and families on exercises and safety.
