Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
• Completed skills checklist within one year of submission
• Two professional references from the past three years, including one supervisor reference
• Comprehensive background checks, drug screening, and health documentation required
• Virginia State Police background check required within 30 days of start
• Immunization records including MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TB testing, and seasonal influenza
