Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,220 to $2,420 per week in Parkersburg, WV

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• PT licensure in West Virginia
• Home health experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Productivity expectation: 30 points
• No on-call or weekend requirement
• Coverage area includes Wood and Wirt Counties
• Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
