Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted Washington Physical Therapist license
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Completion of specialty-specific skills checklist and competency exam
• Comprehensive health screenings including TB testing, immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B), and physical examination
• Background check clearance and drug screening
• Two professional references from within the past three years, including one supervisor reference
