The position is set within a state-of-the-art Skilled Nursing Facility renowned for its leadership in patient rehabilitation post-hospitalization. You'll be part of a specialized team dedicated to providing exceptional care and antibiotic stewardship. The role involves managing a typical patient load, engaging with rehabilitation services tailored to meet diverse patient needs. The working structure offers a consistent schedule at 40 hours a week, providing a wonderful balance between professional engagement and personal time to explore the vibrant city of Atlanta.
