Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,246 to $2,446 per week in Farmington Hills, MI

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Must be licensed in Michigan
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• 1-2 years experience in home health
• Experience with HCHB EMR system
• OASIS & documentation proficiency

Assignment Details

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
• No on-call or weekend requirement
• Expected to cover additional service areas as needed when other clinicians are unavailable
