Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,256 per week in Pasadena, TX

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: PT Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 9 AM - 6 PM, with possible Saturday shift arranged in advance Experience: Minimum 2 years in inpatient/acute care setting License: Required Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: Strong inpatient/acute care skills. Description: We are seeking a Physical Therapist to primarily serve in the inpatient/acute care setting. Staff may float to the outpatient clinic if inpatient census drops, but this is not the usual situation. The shift will be Monday to Friday with hours from 9 AM to 6 PM. A possible Saturday shift can be arranged in advance to allow for a weekday off. There may also be occasional Sunday on-call arrangements coordinated ahead of time. On certain weekdays, the shift may shift to 8 AM to 5 PM to allow attendance at morning team meetings if another team member is off. The primary therapist will manage a patient caseload that includes a mix of orthopedic, neurological, general medical, and surgical cases. Support will be available from another therapist who floats from the outpatient setting as needed. This role requires a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to meet the needs of the patient population. Cancellation policy allows for cancellation of up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment. Charting system utilized is MEDITECH.
