JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life. This contract opportunity is ideal for therapists committed to helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals within a collaborative healthcare environment.

SHIFT DETAILS

Shift Time: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Meal Break: 30 Minutes
Day Shift

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $57.00 - $66.50 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

Active Physical Therapist (PT) License
Current state licensure in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current BLS certification preferred
Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, inpatient, or acute care experience preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans
Develop and implement therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs
Improve patient mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional abilities
Provide gait training, transfer training, and mobility interventions
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment goals and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory, professional, and organizational standards

Photo badge must be worn at all times
35 guaranteed hours per week
