Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)
StartDate: ASAP
Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $2272.00 - $2342.00
PT needed asap
As part of a vibrant team, participate in providing client related therapy services, including but not limited to, activities which assist clients in restoring or improving independent function relative to activities of daily living within the scope of practice to SummitWest Care clients.
Requirements
1. Graduate of an Accredited School of Physical Therapy
2. Currently licensed and in good standing in the State of Colorado
3. Previous home care experience
4. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Dress Code:
1. Clothing should be clean and free from of tears, rips, and stains
2. Closed toed shoes are required in the field
3. Clothing displaying potentially offensive images and/or language is not permitted
4. Scrubs and business casual clothing are acceptable attire
Systems Utilized:
1. Microsoft applications including Outlook, Teams, and Excel
2. Sansio EMR
Equipment Provided:
1. IPad
For EMR - We use Sansio Home Solutions for our skilled department.
